1. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3-5 business days after processing. (Courier services : Qexpress, Aramex, J&T)
Expedited Shipping: Delivers in 5 hours or 1 business day after processing. (Courier services : Qexpress, Grab)
International Shipping: Delivery time varies based on destination.
3. Shipping Costs:
In Singapore,
A. Orders over SGD 50 : Free standard shipping
B. Orders under SGD 50 : SGD 4
C. Urgent/Expedited Shipping : Shipping charges vary depending on the destination.
International destinations,
International shipping costs vary based on the weight of the package and will be quoted individually.
4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
5. International Shipping:
We ship internationally to select countries under DAP conditions. International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.
Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.
6. Address Changes:
We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
