Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship internationally to select countries under DAP (Delivered at Place) conditions. Please note that customers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
What are the shipping options available?
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing (Aramex, J&T)
- Expedited Shipping: 5 hours or 1 business day after processing (Grab)
- International Shipping: Delivery time varies based on destination
How much does shipping cost?
Within Singapore:
- Orders over SGD 50 → Free Standard Shipping
- Orders under SGD 50 → SGD 4
- Urgent/Expedited Shipping: Costs vary by destination
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or order number is required.
What products are non-returnable?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
How do I initiate a return?
Follow these simple steps:

- Get a Return Authorization – We will provide a Return Authorization Number and return address.
- Ship the Item – Securely pack the item and include the Return Authorization Number. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Receive Refund or Exchange – Once we inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all shipping costs.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.
