Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

B. Items marked as “Non-Returnable”.
C. Gift cards.
D. Products purchased during specific promotions or clearance sales.
3. Return Process:

B. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return address.
C. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
D. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange as per your preference. Please allow up to 14 business days for this process.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all shipping costs.
5. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
